Pathora was founded by Iori Ohara, who grew up in an agricultural household in Ibaraki Prefecture, Japan. She watched exceptional produce sell for far less than its worth — while overseas buyers had no way to access it.
Pathora bridges that gap: a curated direct-trade platform connecting Japan’s most exceptional producers with restaurants and buyers who understand the difference quality makes.
